As an early pioneer in Web 2.0 tech, Dave Vanz recognized the shift taking place in how people would eventually engage with brands. in 2008 while running a social network he co-founded, he began the process of designing out a methodology that humanized companies. The goal was to make them authentically relatable in digital social environments. After a couple experiments with two non-profits his methodology was put to the test in 2014 with an offshore company. His Brand Humanization™ approach resulted in a massive upswing in business, resulting in $1 million in growth from existing clients. Not only did the business grow, employee retention shot up 30%. After 6 years and continuous growth, Soweo was formed to bring Brand Humanization to market.
Dave is a visionary entrepreneur whose work is consistently focused around people and connection. He's a community advocate for local cultural growth and empowerment. An Orlando resident since 2010, he launched a publication whose mission is to tell the story of people and communities shaping Orlando’s culture. He serves as a volunteer for a local homeless organization serving meals and organizing an annual toy drive. He's the Orlando Ambassador for Synapse Florida, and he successfully launched a volunteer organization for his neighborhood committed to community improvement.
